MAKETHETIME offers its clients a 24-hour approval period with which to inspect the received watch. Returns can be made only after confirming your request by email or phone. Customized, engraved, resized, damaged or worn watches can NOT be accepted for return. If the tag has been removed from the watch purchased from MAKETHETIME, then returns can NOT be made. For security purposes, please DO NOT mention the content of the package on the outside of the box. MAKETHETIME is not responsible for any loss or damage(s) that may occur during return shipping. All purchases are final unless we have to change the product due to a manufacturing defect being found we will replace the timepiece free of charge. No returns on unworn/never-worn watches special orders requests negotiated the price unless negotiated otherwise (8-20%) restocking fee will be charged.
